Achievements (Service)

  • Planned, Designed, Installed, and Operationalized the colossal voice and data network infrastructure at PAF Hospital (Unit-II) Islamabad.

  • Planned. Designed, Installed and Operationalized the colossal voice and data network infrastructure of Serene Air (Pvt) Ltd including their regional offices (Islamabad Head Office, Karachi Operations, Karachi Engineering and airport and ticketing offices at Lahore, Peshawar, Islamabad etc).

  • New establishment of Production Planning and Control (PPC) setup for the complete range of Avionics products (assemblies) of JF-17 Aircraft.

  • Successfully completed Standard-II modification of 46 Block-I JF-17 Aircrafts.

  • Establishment of excellence center (repair & maintenance) for complete PAF’s inventory of Security & Surveillance Systems.

  • Establishment of Test & Trial Range for specification verification of CCTV Cameras.

  • Successfully completed development, integration and certification / qualification of five avionics sub-assemblies of JF-17 Aircraft. All five sub-assemblies are now part of PAF’s fleet of JF-17 aircraft.

  • Comprehensive study of Anomalous Propagation (AP) observed in YLC-II radar located at a remote location. Optimization of AP for clear radar picture.

  • Technical study for integration of Chinese based IFF system with AN/TPS-43G radar, thereafter installation and integration of Chinese IFF system on complete PAF’s fleet of AN/TPS-43G radars.

  • Articulation of Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data for AN/TPS-43G radar and distributed copies to all field units for their ready reference and utilization.

  • Preparation of Media Presentation for Military Exercise Conclusion Ceremony (Saffron Bandit 2009-10); Personally praised by Chief of the Air Staff Pakistan Air Force.

  • Authored the Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for Airmen Rehabilitation Management Software (ARMS) and led its development. He also optimized the Officers Rehabilitation Management System (ORMS) through testing, issue resolution, and feature integration, ensuring its successful deployment.

  • Developed a strategic roadmap for automating the rehabilitation process, implementing a job portal for retired personnel with an admin console, integrated email / SMS systems, and automated newsletter distribution on the organization’s website.

  • Independently organized and led the three-day Pre-Retirement Preparatory Workshops (PRPW-2023 & PRPW-2024) to prepare PAF personnel for post-retirement challenges. Featuring 66 expert speakers nationwide, the workshop covered financial management, property planning, education, stress management, welfare support, and pensions. It also promoted entrepreneurship, identified job opportunities, secured partnerships for subsidized skill development, and facilitated professional networking
