Our service suite is strategically crafted to empower clients in achieving seamless synchronization, leveraging intelligent information systems, optimizing corporate data resources, honing core competencies, and enhancing management support systems.

  • Effectively strategized, implemented, and operationalized diverse management systems and data/voice networks for over 150 clients, ensuring thorough staff training thereafter.

  • Proficiently finalized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with five clients to manage their ICT infrastructure, along with providing advanced training to their network staff.

I was tasked with establishing the Production Planning and Control (PPC) setup for the JF-17 Avionics Co-Production Facility to facilitate the smooth and timely production of JF-17 Aircraft while maintaining Avionics Configuration Management, Document Control & Archive. Key responsibilities included:

  • Coordinating production workflow for all avionics products.

  • Planning and prioritizing operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.

  • Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials required to meet production demand.

  • Assigning workers and staff to specific production operations.

  • Scheduling shifts according to production requirements.

As Chief Maintenance Engineering Officer, Tele-communication Engineering Squadron, I focused on the repair and maintenance of a range of telecommunication equipment including PBX, PABX, analogue exchanges, intercom systems, telephone sets, and cryptographic equipment. Additionally, I provided consultancy and on-site technical expertise to field maintenance staff across various telecommunication establishments throughout Pakistan. Key duties included:

  • Supervising and managing telecomm repair workshops to ensure efficient operations.

  • Maintaining quality standards in repair production through methods such as FMECA (Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis) and RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis).

  • Conducting research and reverse engineering of telecomm assemblies and components.

  • Performing on-site equipment repair and executing sensitive maintenance tasks.

  • Conducting technical evaluations of telecomm equipment and related systems.

  • Undertaking various technical studies and preparing detailed reports.

  • As an additional responsibility, I established an excellence center for repair and maintenance of security and surveillance equipment for the PAF. This included setting up a comprehensive test and trial range for various CCTV systems to support PAF management in technical decision-making processes

  • Monitoring and supervising the avionics aspects of the JF-17 development, integration, and certification/qualification throughout various program phases.

  • Ensuring alignment of avionics development with other associated specialties.

  • Analyzing interim progress reports and initiating necessary development milestones to ensure timely completion.

  • Preparing briefings and presentations on various aspects of the JF-17 program development.

  • Assisting in avionics development contracts and defining technical specifications.

  • Coordinating with avionics vendors and Pakistan Industrial Partners (PIP) to ensure quality avionics supplies within given schedules.

  • Establishing a framework for technical discussions to define work-sharing arrangements between PIP and avionics vendors.

  • Ensuring proper training, know-how transfer, and technical assistance for PIP in manufacturing, testing, evaluating, and certifying avionics supplies.
